Americanas Offers Over 6,500 Temporary Positions for Easter, with Possibility of Permanent Hiring.

Easter is approaching, and with it comes an excellent job opportunity. Americanas, one of the largest retailers in Brazil, has announced the opening of over 6,500 temporary job positions for the Easter period, the company’s most significant event in the semester.

This is the perfect moment for anyone looking for a chance in the job market, whether for a first job or for professional re-entry.

Job Openings for Easter: Who Can Apply?

Americanas is seeking dynamic, quick, and resilient individuals to fill positions in the company’s more than 1,600 physical stores spread throughout Brazil. Temporary job positions are for professionals aged 18 and over who have completed high school.

Job Openings with Possibility of Permanent Hiring

One of the main attractions of the jobs offered by Americanas is the possibility of permanent hiring. Those who stand out during the Easter period may be invited to stay on after the end of their temporary contract.

To participate, candidates must be available to work between March and April, and applications will be accepted until March 28 through the company’s website.

Benefits for New Temporary Employees

Americanas offers hired employees benefits such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, life insurance, and access to Americanas Educa, the company’s training platform.

The selection process for the temporary positions will be conducted both online and in person, with stages that ensure the integration of new employees and their acclimatization to the work units.

In addition to positions in physical stores, the company also hired 750 temporary professionals to work in logistics and ensure product supply in stores for the Easter event.

This effort aims to ensure that all Americanas units have the necessary products to meet customer demand.

According to Eduardo Noronha, Vice President of People & Management at Americanas, the company plays an important social role in job generation.
