Main Responsibilities of the Position

The new analyst will work in the Operations sector of Caixa Capitalization. Among the activities are managing action plans for process improvement, participating in strategic projects, reviewing manuals and service scripts, as well as aligning with internal teams and suppliers. The professional will also support the approval of solutions with the business teams and must propose agile solutions for problems that impact the customer.
