Trabalho nesta empresa gigante e como todas as empresas grandes as falhas de liderança!!! Eu sou funcionária e estou afastada por doença e o que mais que me deixou doente é a cabeça retrô dos líderes centauro !!
Supervisor que vai na loja sem vivenciar o que realmente acontece !! Totalmente cego e pior acredita que sua opinião é uma repetição do Supervisor e gerente que não sabe liderar !
Passei por constrangimento na Centauro que daria processo !
Mas uma empresa onde o lucro importa mais que pessoas!!!!!!!
Você entra de uma forma e sai de outra .
Você trabalhar com uma supervisora que tem medo de uma estrela e por essa estrela perde as outras !!!!
