The goal is to prepare these talents to take on specialized roles in corporate areas after completing the Program or management positions in the medium term, with a horizon of 3 to 5 years.
Learn About the Steps of the Trainee Program
The Program’s comprehensive approach includes several steps, such as:
- Behavioral Content (Leadership with Safety, Mental Health at Work, Teamwork, Career Protagonism, Communication with Excellence, among others);
- BP Bunge Culture;
- Project Methodology, Job Rotation, Tutoring, Mentoring, Assessment, and Performance Evaluations;
- BP Bunge Business (Value Chain, Agricultural, Commercial Industry, and Financial).
The selection process will follow seven steps, starting with applications and going through a check-up of competencies and languages.
Additionally, there will be online preparation with the program “Across Prepara Você”, and an online Super Day with managers.
There will also be in-person visits to BP Bunge Bioenergia units, and finally, hiring is expected in April 2024.
BP Bunge Bioenergia Seeks New Talents with the Following Requirements
To participate in the selection process, candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree between December 2021 and December 2023, in specific areas such as Administration, Agronomy, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing, among others.
Additionally, a minimum intermediate level of English is required, as a language check-up will be conducted during the selection process.
Candidates must also be available to live in São Paulo (SP), São José do Rio Preto (SP), or Orindiúva (SP).
