Occupational Physician in Natal – RN
The Occupational Physician position at Solar Coca-Cola requires a qualified professional to manage occupational health and quality of life programs. The professional will be responsible for conducting admission, dismissal, periodic and return-to-work exams, in addition to monitoring absenteeism rates and following up on employees on leave due to the INSS.
Another responsibility will be the development of health promotion and occupational disease prevention programs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and current legislation. The doctor must also suggest strategic actions to improve the quality of life of employees and act in monitoring disputes with the INSS, providing a safer and healthier work environment for everyone.
