Vacancies without a public exam are offered in the 1st Naval District (Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Espรญrito Santo), 2nd Naval District (Bahia and Sergipe), 7th Naval District (Tocantins, Goiรกs and Federal District) and 8th Naval District (Sรฃo Paulo and Paranรก).

The selection process for vacancies without a public exam takes place in the following stages:

  • 1st Stage: Objective Test (PO) โ€“ eliminatory;
  • 2nd Stage: Title Test (PT) โ€“ qualifying;
  • 3rd Stage: Biographical Data Verification (VDB) โ€“ eliminatory; and Document Verification (VD) โ€“ eliminatory;
  • 4th Stage: Health Inspection (IS) โ€“ eliminatory;
  • 5th Stage: Entrance Physical Fitness Test (TAF-i) โ€“ eliminatory;
  • 6th Stage: Classroom test (PA) โ€“ eliminatory and qualifying (applicable only to volunteers in the Teaching area of โ€‹โ€‹knowledge); and
  • 7th Stage: Designation for incorporation.
