Press Release November 4, 2019 – Petrobras and the McLaren Racing team concluded, on this Monday (11/4), a technical and sponsorship partnership that they have been developing together. The partnership resulted in clear technological advances in the lubricants line and lubricants, as well as opportunities for future commercial, technological, and Social Responsibility collaborations between the two companies.
“We recognize the importance of McLaren in the global automotive scene and are very pleased with the results delivered during the two years of our partnership,” stated Roberto Castello Branco, president of Petrobras.
He also commented that “the project allowed Petrobras to develop high technology gasoline and lubricants through research with new raw materials and tests conducted under extreme conditions.
