Selective Process
SENAI's selection process is structured to identify the best professionals in the market. The first stage involves curriculum analysis, where candidates need to prove their training and experience in the metalworking field. Then, there will be a objective proof, with questions on Portuguese, mathematics and logical reasoning, assessing general and specific knowledge.
