This professional will be responsible for answering emergency calls made to the number 192, offering initial instructions on first aid and managing the situation until emergency teams arrive on site.
The job requires calmness, empathy and the ability to deal with patients in high-stress situations, as well as knowing how to quickly assess their health condition and follow established protocols.
The Receptionist will be the initial point of contact in cases of urgency and emergency, which include everything from acute pain and fractures to more serious situations such as cardiorespiratory arrest and serious accidents.
