The hire will work directly with the franchise buyer, assisting in the planning and execution of purchases, inventory replenishment, and product performance analysis.

Preparing sales reports by category for performance analysis;
Teamwork with store managers to clarify questions about the products;
Researching market trends, competition, and customer preferences;
Developing seasonal strategies and planning the product mix;
Managing inventory, scheduling replenishments to avoid excess or shortages;
Monitoring inventories and monthly updating of Open to Buy (OTB);
Analyzing product performance for strategic adjustments in purchasing.
Requirements for the Job Vacancy
To apply for the position of purchasing analyst, candidates must meet the following prerequisites:
Minimum education: high school diploma;
Analytical vision and planning capability;
Organizational skills and deadline management;
Good communication and ease of teamwork;
Experience in the textile or footwear retail sector;
Knowledge of BI systems and LINX;
Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
Benefits and Conditions for the Analyst Position
The hire for the vacancy will receive a salary of R$ 3,500.00 per month, plus quarterly bonuses based on inventory performance.
The employment contract will be under CLT, with a work schedule of 44 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
