Norsul and Norcoast are sponsoring the participation of professionals in the Brazilian Coastal Shipping Officers Course – ASON, a program aimed at training new Nautical Officers for the Brazilian Merchant Marine.
The initiative is carried out by ABAC (Brazilian Association of Coastal Shipping Owners), in partnership with FEMAR (Foundation for Maritime Studies), and combines theoretical training, onboard experience, and professional development. In total, 10 positions are offered for the Nautical Trainee role, with 6 allocated to Norsul and 4 to Norcoast.
The program stands out for combining CLT hiring, a gross salary of R$ 4,000, benefits, and professional training geared towards a strategic career in the maritime sector. The employment relationship will be maintained throughout the entire training and onboard apprenticeship period.
