The State of Rio de Janeiro announced 5,458 job opportunities, covering internships, youth apprentice programs, and temporary and permanent positions for all education levels. The positions are distributed among the City Hall of Rio, the Mudes Foundation, and the Centro de Integração Empresa-Escola (CIEE), with a focus on areas such as sales, administration, and engineering.
Available Positions Through the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro
The City Hall of Rio leads the offering of opportunities with 2,280 positions, especially aimed at temporary hiring due to high demand at the end of the year. Among the positions, notable roles include stock assistant, cashier, salesperson, and sales assistant. All these positions require at least a high school diploma and six months of proven experience.
Those interested in applying can go in person to one of the seven service outlets, bringing documents such as ID, CPF, PIS, and an updated resume. The outlets operate from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, and are located in neighborhoods such as Campo Grande, Engenho Novo, Ilha do Governador, Jacarepaguá, Santa Cruz, Tijuca, and the Center. This space, previously reserved exclusively for PwD, has also begun to serve general workers.
Internship and Young Apprentice Opportunities
For students, the Mudes Foundation has made available 825 internship positions in various fields. The most in-demand careers in higher education include Administration, with 104 positions, Accounting (32), and Economics (6). In addition, the Youth Apprentice program adds more positions, with stipends that can reach up to R$ 2,000, providing an ideal opportunity for students to begin their professional journeys.

Internship and Young Apprentice Positions through CIEE
CIEE Rio, a traditional partner of various companies in the state, announced 2,353 positions for students, with 1,046 of them designated for higher education students in various courses, such as Production Engineering, Law, Administration, and Psychology. There are also 1,307 positions for high school and technical education students, in addition to opportunities in the Youth Apprentice program.
These positions are distributed across strategic cities in the state, such as Barra Mansa, Campos dos Goytacazes, Duque de Caxias, Macaé, Niterói, Nova Friburgo, Nova Iguaçu, Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, and Teresópolis. Candidates can register and update their information directly on the CIEE website.
How to Apply
The City Hall of Rio and its partner foundations have simplified registration systems to facilitate the application process for interested candidates. At the service outlets, just present personal documents and a resume, while on the websites of the Mudes Foundation and CIEE, the process is entirely digital.
