With offices in Porto and Lisbon (Portugal), São Paulo (Brazil), Bucharest (Romania), Maputo (Mozambique), Luanda (Angola), Afaplan is currently a company with extensive experience in Project Management across diverse cultures and environments, allowing it to integrate human and technological know-how adapted to the best practices in management, CPM (Construction Project Management), and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management).

A residential tower called “A’Tower” will be built in Lisbon, in Amoreiras, featuring 16 floors above ground and 34 apartments, ranging from T1 to T5 types. The developer Vanguard Properties plans an investment of about 30 million euros in the development of this project, which will rehabilitate an old office building that the developer acquired in 2016. Prices start at 620,000 euros, with the most expensive property, a penthouse located on the 15th floor, costing four million euros.

The “A Tower”, whose rehabilitation project is by the atelier Saraiva + Associados, includes the involvement of afaplan during the project management phases, the bidding process for selecting the construction company, and oversight during the construction phase.

About the Position

Description of Activities:

  • Technical Coordination of project analysis of electrical losses in the 230kV transmission line;
  • Commissioning of the transmission line
  • Evaluation and energy balance of substations and transmission lines
  • Preparation of technical specifications
  • Coordination of tests/trials/proposal analysis
