At that time, the Ministry of Planning (MP) authorized the additional appointment of 73 approved candidates. All positions included a Discursive and Objective Test of a classificatory and eliminatory nature, which were held in 26 state capitals and the Federal District in one day, divided into afternoon and morning shifts. The Specialist and Analyst positions also had a Stage of Title Evaluation, of a classificatory nature.
The objective test consisted of 50 questions of basic knowledge (P1) and 70 of specific knowledge (P2), of the “true or false” type, totaling 120 points. The basic knowledge included Portuguese Language, basic IT concepts, Ethics and Public Conduct, concepts of Administrative and Constitutional Law, and English Language (except for Administrative Technician). The discursive test included two questions to be answered in up to 20 lines each, related to the specific knowledge of the position.
