A new ANEEL public tender will be announced soon, with 191 vacancies for upper and middle level candidates. The expectation is that the event will arrive in 2023.

A National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) will have a new public tender authorized later this year. The municipality recently confirmed that it will forward, in the next few days, a request for authorization of a new contest to fill in 191 vacancies on your staff. It is worth mentioning that the submission must take place by the next May 31st, so that the hires can be considered in the 2024 federal budget.

Possible open positions in the Aneel public tender 2023

Although ANEEL did not anticipate the distribution of vacancies by position, an idea can be obtained based on a request made by the autarchy previously, forwarded in 2022.

At the time, the request was for 184 vacancies, 85 of them for those with secondary education and 99 for higher-level positions. All 85 mid-level vacancies were for the position of administrative technician. As for the higher level, vacancies were distributed in the positions of specialist in regulation, with 54 vacancies, and administrative analyst, with 45 vacancies.

The administrative technician of the Aneel competition performs intermediate-level administrative and logistical activities related to the exercise of constitutional and legal competences under the responsibility of Aneel.

The administrative analyst is responsible for the administrative and logistical activities related to the exercise of Aneel's constitutional and legal powers, making use of all the equipment and resources available to carry out these activities.

The specialist has specialized activities in the regulation, inspection, inspection and control of the provision of public services and the exploitation of electric energy, as well as the use of policies and the carrying out of studies and research related to these activities.

Understand how the last public tender was ANEEL

The last ANEEL contest was held in 2010, organized by Cespe/UnB, currently Cebraspe. At the time, 50.533 candidates signed up for the public tender, with the highest demand being Administrative Technician – Area 1, with 27.966 applications.

At the time, the Ministry of Planning (MP) authorized the nomination of an additional 73 approved candidates. All positions had a Discursive and Objective Test of classifying and eliminatory nature, which were taken in 26 state capitals and the Federal District in a single day, divided into afternoon and morning shifts. The positions of Specialist and Analyst still had the Title Evaluation stage, of a classifying nature.

The objective test had 50 questions of basic knowledge (P1) and 70 of specific knowledge (P2), of the “right or wrong” type, totaling 120 points. Basic knowledge was Portuguese, notions of IT, Ethics and Public Conduct, notions of Administrative and Constitutional Law and English (except for Administrative Technicians). The discursive test had two questions, to be answered in up to 20 lines each, regarding the specific knowledge of the position.

Aneel has a staff in the positions of Administrative Technician, Regulation Specialist, Administrative Analyst, in addition to having a staff of 20 Federal Prosecutors. Law 10.871/2004 created careers and authorized the creation of 365 specialists, 200 technicians and 200 analysts.
