A great opportunity for those looking to enter the public sector is set to be announced soon. We are talking about the exam for the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES).
According to information from CNN Brasil, the institution confirmed that it will hold a competition aimed at filling at least 150 positions that are currently available. This will be the first exam held by BNDES in the last 12 years.

As reported, this competition will have positions for individuals with higher education qualifications.

Successful candidates in the BNDES exam will enter a new ‘Salary and Position Plan’, which offers salaries comparable to those currently reported.
For the analyst position, for example, the initial salary will be R$ 20,9 thousand. This role is divided into the following areas of expertise:
- Administration; Systems Analysis and Development; Systems Support Analysis; Cybersecurity Systems Analysis; Architecture and Urban Planning; Digital Archiving; Accounting Sciences; Data Science; Social Communication; Law; Economics; Engineering; And Organizational Psychology.
Due to the advancement of digital transformation happening at the bank and the long period without a public examination, this will be the first competition where BNDES will emphasize data science and cybersecurity.
The Quotas in the Exam
In total, 30% of the positions offered in the BNDES exam will be allocated to black candidates. Additionally, at least 10% will be for people with disabilities (PCDs).
Organizing Institution
The evidence that the public notice for the competition is set to be released very soon is that even the institution responsible for the exam has already been chosen.
As stated in the Bid Waiver Extract, in the Official Gazette, Fundação Cesgranrio will be responsible for organizing the selection, which is expected to have the public notice published in the second half of 2024.
