Job Responsibilities
The professional in this position will be responsible for serving as a technical reference within the team, ensuring that the best digital marketing practices are followed. Key activities include:
- Configuration, implementation, and development of solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform;
- Integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other company platforms and systems, as well as managing processes for importing, exporting, and segmenting customer data;
- Technical support and training for internal users of the platform;
- Monitoring updates and releases of new features on the Salesforce platform;
- Assisting in the resolution of complex technical problems that may arise during platform developments.
Requirements and Qualifications
The position requires solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as knowledge in specific areas of marketing automation, such as campaign personalization and segmentation.
Additionally, it is important to have data management skills, including importing, exporting, and segmenting customer data.
