Whoever takes on this position will have direct responsibility for the toxicological safety of CIMED’s portfolio medications.
This involves determining impurity limits, preparing technical reports, and interpreting international guidelines such as ICH Q3A, Q3B, M7, and Q3C.
Among the activities of the position are:
Assessing elemental impurities, degradation products, and residual solvents.
Preparing reports based on bibliographic support.
Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Researching data in compendiums such as Brazilian, American, and British Pharmacopeias.
Operating analytical software that supports product development.
Additionally, the specialist should assist the department in audits and standardize critical procedures.
