CIMED has announced the opening of a night position for an administrative assistant, aimed at professionals who wish to work at the company’s distribution center in São Sebastião da Bela Vista (MG).

The opportunity, which will be available until November 24, 2025, will be conducted in-person, from Monday to Friday, from 11:04 PM to 7:10 AM, as well as on alternating Sundays.

The selection process is taking place because the company seeks to strengthen its operational team during the night and ensure compliance with logistical and administrative deadlines.

Requirements for the Night Position at CIMED

To apply for the administrative assistant position, candidates must possess complete high school education and mastery of the Office Suite, an essential tool for organizing documents, tracking costs, and recording information.

Although not mandatory, having experience with SAP, an enterprise management system, is considered an important advantage.

Main Activities of the Administrative Assistant

The night position for an administrative assistant at CIMED demands a versatile professional, capable of operating simultaneously in various routines of the distribution center.

On a daily basis, the employee will provide support to the administrative, logistics, and shipping areas, as well as directly assist the coordination in the development of the administrative apprentice.

The job also involves contacting suppliers for budget requests and monitoring services, as well as entering invoices and managing the entire payment flow.

Additionally, the administrative assistant will be responsible for overseeing deliveries and collections to ensure that established goals are met, requesting support materials, and controlling expenses of the distribution center according to OPEX, executing the complete billing process, and providing service to customers, the call center, and the sales department.

Other tasks include conducting return procedures, following up on deliveries, filing documents, recording receipts in the system, and supporting quality demands.

All these responsibilities emphasize the importance of an organized, agile profile, prepared to handle different demands during the night.
