Businessman Luciano Hang Announces Reward of R$ 5 Thousand for Those Who Report the Responsible for Graffiti on a Wall in Downtown Brusque.
The businessman Luciano Hang announced this week that he will offer R$ 5 thousand to anyone who helps identify the author of a graffiti in Brusque.
The wall targeted by the action is located on Francisco Walendowsky Street, in the city center.
The announcement was made in a video posted on Instagram, where the owner of Havan promised to add his contribution to the amount already provided by the city hall.

According to Hang, the informant will receive R$ 5 thousand from him and an additional R$ 1 thousand guaranteed by municipal legislation.
“I will give money to those who report the graffiti artist. If you know who the bum that graffitied this wall here in Brusque is and report it, you will get R$ 1 thousand from the city hall and R$ 5 thousand from me,” he said.
Municipal Law Provides for Fines
The city of Brusque has legislation, enacted in April, that imposes a minimum fine of R$ 5 thousand on graffiti artists.
Moreover, the rule allows for rewards to those who report.
Reports can be sent directly to the City Hall’s Ombudsman, via phone at 156 or email at ouvidoria@brusque.sc.gov.br.
The measure, according to local authorities, aims to discourage this type of practice and hold accountable those who persist in committing the offense. Therefore, Hang’s offer reinforces the initiative already in place in the city.
Message to Offenders
In his speech, Hang made it clear that the goal is to show that the law will be enforced.
He stated that graffiti artists often leave marks and signatures that can facilitate identification.
“The graffiti artist always leaves their signature. We will catch this graffiti artist and show that the law is real. If you want to make money, report. Stop graffitiing the walls of Brusque, because you will be pursued,” the businessman concluded.
