Fiat SUV Gains Exclusive Grille, New Red Details, and Enhanced Safety. Check Out the Details!
After the launch of the Redesigned Fiat Fastback, it’s time for the Pulse Abarth 2026 to reveal its updates. Set to debut in the second half of the year, the compact SUV with a sporty profile bets on a more aggressive look, new wheels, and advances in technology and safety, according to the Auto Segredos website.
Revamped Design with Reinforced Abarth Identity
The model adopts a concave front grille with vertical elements and the name “Abarth” prominently displayed in the center — replacing the traditional Fiat logo. The scorpion logo, symbol of the sports division, will be applied only on the alloy wheels and front fenders.
Other highlights in the exterior design:
-
Automatic cars become ‘cheap’ in Brazil, and models from Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, and Honda appear for R$ 65,000 with up to 120 hp, CVT transmission, 482 liters of trunk space, keyless entry, and six airbags to tackle traffic without a clutch.
-
Honda revives a classic from Brazilian streets with a new name, TFT panel, and reprogrammed engine in the 2027 lineup; see the first impressions of the CB500 Hornet, which arrives with 49.6 hp, 4.5 kgf.m torque, 6-speed gearbox, 175 kg, and Showa suspension on Brazilian streets.
-
Without relying on an outlet, without a cable, and without the gasoline engine driving the wheels: Nissan created the Note e-POWER, a hatchback that always runs on an electric motor while a combustion engine works only as a generator, delivering to Japan a type of “electric without recharging” that Brazil is almost unfamiliar with.
-
How does the Strada remain a leader in Brazil? Fiat bets on a 1.3 flex engine, a 130 hp turbo version, and a cargo bed of up to 1,354 liters to keep the pickup at the top of the Brazilian market.
- Red stripe on the front skid plate
- Vertical finish air intakes
- Red details on the lower sides
- Exclusive sporty finish wheels
- Rear maintains the same design as the current model
Enhanced and More Technological Interior
The internal changes of the Pulse Abarth 2026 include improvements in materials and ergonomics. Prototypes indicate:
- New textures in the door trims
- Seats with updated upholstery and Abarth name on the headrest
- Standard electric adjustment for the driver’s seat
- Panoramic sunroof with electric curtain
Updated Safety Equipment
The model arrives with significant advancements in the safety package, now more competitive in the segment:
- Blind spot warning
- Autonomous emergency braking
- Lane change alert
- Automatic high beam switching
- Four airbags
- Traction and stability control
- Hill start assist
- ABS brakes with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD)
Engine Remains Unchanged
The engine of the Pulse Abarth 2026 remains with the Turbo 270 engine, already known for its sporty performance:
- 185 hp with ethanol / 180 hp with gasoline
- 27.5 kgfm of torque
- Six-speed automatic transmission
With a more striking visual and a more robust package of features, the new Pulse Abarth aims to consolidate its space among the sporty compact SUVs in Brazil. The official debut is expected to occur in the coming weeks. Would you like me to add a market analysis or comparison with rivals like the VW Nivus or Fastback Limited?
