The Idecan Institute will be responsible for the new Firefighters competition with initial payments of R$2.791,72!
O Military Fire Department of the State of Rio de Janeiro (CBMERJ) made the Idecan Institute as the organizing committee for the next public competition that will offer 144 vacancies for soldiers. The confirmation was published in the State Official Gazette on the day December 19, 2024, according to the JC concursos website.
After settings in the terms of reference the bidding was restarted, but the bank initially planned was maintained. The next step will be the signing of the contract, which will allow the publication of the opening notice.
Requirements and payments for the position of soldier
The vacancies in the Firefighters competition are intended for the area of search and rescue and interested parties must meet the following criteria:

The expected registration fee is R$54 and the notice should be published soon, as per future schedule.
History of the Firefighters RJ contest
The last CBMERJ competition took place in 2023 and was organized by Iuds, with 800 vacancies distributed among different specialties. At the time, the included loads are available:
- Soldier (670 vacancies);
- Third Sergeant Musician (130 vacancies).
Among the soldier loads, the opportunities were divided by specialties:
- Combatant: 52 vacancies;
- Driver and tour operator: 230 vacancies;
- Architect: 162 vacancies;
- Telecommunications: 26 vacancies;
- Bugler: 50 vacancies;
- Seaman/boat master: 150 vacancies.
For the combatant area, the vacancies were even more specific, covering roles such as bricklayer, building electrician, plumber, carpenter, among others.
