New Steel is a processing and beneficiation company for iron ore and its tailings that developed an unprecedented dry industrial technology. Unlike the traditional method for low-grade ores – wet processing – which uses at least one thousand liters of water to separate each ton of ore – this innovation allows for the segregation of iron in a 100% sustainable manner and at competitive costs. It is desirable to have an academic background (master’s or doctorate) in the field; to have experience in research and development, technical marketing, quality, processes in the mining industry, or use of industrial sand (applications with proppants, foundry, and glass);

Responsibilities: develop mining waste as sand for special applications, especially proppants and foundry.
