Previous knowledge in customer service, relationships, knowledge of the Consumer Protection Code, and basic concepts in statistics or mathematics will be a differential. Responsible for ensuring effective solutions for critical situations on social media, NPS, complaint sites, and others. Accountable for handling complaints made to consumer protection agencies, PROCON, or the judiciary.
