How Does the Selection Process Work?
The selection process for the position of Teaching Specialist II – Hourly involves several stages, all aimed at assessing the candidate’s technical qualifications and compatibility with SENAI’s organizational culture.
The first step is submitting the resume between March 26 and March 31, 2025.
After applying, candidates will receive an automatic email confirming their participation in the process.
After resume analysis, there will be a cultural and competency fit test, to be conducted online between April 2 and April 3, 2025.
This test aims to assess candidates’ alignment with the institution’s mission and values, as well as evaluate the candidate’s suitability for the role and the required technical skills.
The final stage of the selection process will be a practical assessment, scheduled for April 4, 2025.
Candidates will need to prepare and deliver a test class that will cover the Fundamentals of Typography and the Gestalt Laws applied to visual projects.
This stage will be fundamental for the evaluative committee to analyze the candidate’s ability to convey knowledge clearly and effectively, as well as assess their didactic skills and interaction with students.
