Details of the Selection Process and Hiring
The Minas Gerais Administration and Services S.A. (MGS) was contracted by the Espírito Santo government to manage outsourced services in Espírito Santo and will be responsible for executing the selection process, as per the notice MGS/ES N° 01/2025, published on January 31, 2025.
Approved candidates will be hired under the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), without a guarantee of stability, but with the security of a formal link.
Objective Test and Subjects Evaluated
The selection process includes an objective multiple-choice test, which will have an eliminatory and classificatory nature. Candidates will be evaluated in three core subjects: Portuguese Language (10 questions), Logical Reasoning (10 questions), and Basic Computer Knowledge (10 questions).
To be approved, it is necessary to score at least 20 points in total on the test and reach the minimum score required in each subject.
Publication of Results
The final result of the selection process will be published on the websites of the IBFC and MGS, allowing candidates to keep track of the progress and outcomes of the examination.
