We are very confident in achieving this goal,” said Felipe Costa, CEO of Midea Carrier, in March 2022, during the announcement of the investment in Minas Gerais.
The CEO of Midea also states that the decision to invest in the construction of a home appliance factory in Pouso Alegre is part of the company’s strategy, which seeks to remain among the largest manufacturers of white goods in the market. Moreover, with the construction, it is expected to generate around 500 jobs for residents of the region.
