Solar Energy Excellence Recognized with the Highest Level of Certification
In a significant milestone for the renewable energy sector, the Grupo Oeste Solar Energia (OSE), based in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, and its affiliate, Enersim, a renewable energy manager, were awarded the AAA Certification by the Brazilian Association of Photovoltaic Solar Energy (ABSOLAR). This certification level is the highest granted by ABSOLAR, highlighting the excellence in installation and maintenance by OSE and in operations by Solar Oeste.
Obtaining this AAA certification not only reaffirms the commitment of Grupo OSE/Enersim to quality and efficiency but also provides greater security for investors and consumers by validating the company’s ability to carry out photovoltaic operations competently and safely.
A Rigorous Evaluation Process
Tiago Vianna, director of OSE, explains that the achievement of certification by OSE, specifically in the Installation and Maintenance category, is a renewal of an already established commitment, while Solar Oeste achieves it for the first time for Operators. “This certification process is notoriously rigorous, and obtaining the AAA level demonstrates the group’s ongoing investment in quality, sustainability, governance, and social responsibility,” says Vianna.

The audit, conducted voluntarily by the companies, is based on three fundamental pillars: formality, operational processes, and technical qualification. This rigorous analysis includes, for the Operator category, the evaluation of customer complaint procedures, adherence to safety and quality regulatory standards, and the technical qualification of at least one-third of its team.
For the Installation and Maintenance category, the audit focuses on post-sale procedures, installation inspections, responsible environmental practices, and the technical training level of the team, requiring that at least 60% of it meets the necessary qualification criteria.
Sustainability and Quality in Focus
In addition to the ABSOLAR certification, Oeste Solar holds the ISO 9001, an internationally recognized quality standard that certifies a company’s processes, ensuring that all procedures meet rigorous and consistent standards.
Founded in 2018, Oeste Solar is a leader in installed capacity of photovoltaic generation in distributed generation in the Mato Grosso region. With this recognition, the group reaffirms its leadership role in promoting renewable energies and sustainable practices within the Brazilian energy landscape.
The AAA certificate is valid for three years, with annual audits required to ensure the maintenance of quality and operational effectiveness standards. This certification not only reinforces the position of Grupo OSE/Enersim as a leader in its field but also underscores its commitment to operational and environmental excellence in the growing solar energy market.
