Honda's cheap motorcycle, called the ADV 160, is set to conquer the domestic market. Honda's new motorcycle costs less than R$25 and promises to deliver up to 16 hp.

Honda is launching its latest scooter model in Brazil, the ADV 160, a low-cost motorcycle that seeks adventure and practicality. With a starting price of R$24.534, the new model arrives at dealerships in two different colors: metallic gray and pearlescent red. It is important to note that this price does not include shipping or insurance.

New Honda motorcycle delivers up to 16 hp of power

The Honda ADV 160 comes with an extensive three-year warranty with no mileage restrictions. In addition, the offer for Honda's new budget motorcycle includes free oil for the first seven services. Service intervals are set at every 6.000 kilometers, with a first service specially scheduled for 1.000 kilometers or six months.

Replacing the old model ADV 150, Honda's new motorcycle features a more powerful 156 cm³ engine, inspired by the PCX 160. This new engine generates up to 16 horsepower, surpassing the previous version with significant performance improvements.

The friction reduction technology used helps to optimize fuel consumption, appealing to efficiency-conscious drivers.

Keeping the same CVT gearbox, the cheap Honda ADV 160 motorcycle guarantees a smooth and simplified ride. The fuel tank also preserves the previous capacity, being 8 liters, which favors a satisfactory autonomy for daily use.

What changes are coming with Honda's new motorcycle?

The new ADV 160 chassis is designed to support engine upgrades while ensuring safe and stable handling. The suspension of the new ADV 160 has been slightly adjusted compared to the ADV 150 model, retaining a 130 mm telescopic fork at the front and adjustable rear shock absorbers.

The braking system of Honda's new budget motorcycle uses discs on both wheels with ABS channels, providing additional control in challenging conditions. The wheels of the ADV 160 are equipped with tires suitable for both asphalt and light trails.

The dashboard of the new Honda motorcycle has been redesigned to include an LED display that clearly informs fuel level, speed, and other important metrics. The inclusion of new technological features, such as cruise control, adjustable traction and automatic stop system, complement the driving experience of Honda’s new motorcycle.

The new budget bike offers a USB port for charging devices and a touchless key, making everyday life easier. The additional space under the seat holds up to 29 liters of luggage, ideal for everyday needs.

The ADV 160 represents an evolution in the adventure scooter segment, combining technical and design improvements to meet the needs of a dynamic audience. Ideal for both urban commutes and occasional getaways, it offers a balance between performance, comfort and innovation.

Honda breaks sales record

While launching the ADV 160, the Japanese brand broke, with the XRE 190, its historical monthly sales record in November 2024. The model achieved its highest volume of registrations, with more than 4 thousand units, since its launch in 2016.

The trail bike has just been renewed in Brazil with new features that include a new look, a Full LED system and a new front suspension. This update hit the market in October, and the following month it had 4.056 registered units, according to data from Fenabrave, the dealership association. Still among the trail bikes above 190 cc, the Tornado 300 had 744 units sold in the month.

He writes the word “cheap” countless times, in an attempt to influence the reader. More of the same, with a value higher than it is really worth.
