What Are the Requirements Required by SENAI?

Have knowledge in structuring and coordinating research and development projects in the industry, with an emphasis on sustainable polymers and their industrial applications, especially in the production of alkyd coatings, polyurethanes, epoxy, and/or acrylic.

Experience in formulating polymers with renewable raw materials is required, preferably in paints and coatings, and mastery of the methods of adding and processing these materials.

Understand the Responsibilities of This Job Vacancy

Assist and guide internal and external clients and suppliers, in addition to preparing reports and technical opinions.

The professional will be responsible for planning, preparing, developing, executing, and controlling actions, projects, research, policies, and programs, aligned with the organization’s guidelines and integrated with public and private institutions.

The position involves conducting high-complexity studies and special analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement, and generating medium- and long-term recommendations.

The specialist must define premises and work standards, represent the organization in external forums, and coordinate the capture and execution of research projects.
