Conditions for Participation in the Revenue Auction
Individuals
To participate, the person must:
- Be over 18 years old or be emancipated;
- Be registered with the CPF;
- Have a Silver or Gold reliability seal in the government digital identity system.
Legal Entities
Companies can also participate, provided that:
- They have regular registration with the CNPJ;
- The company’s responsible party or their proxy has a Silver or Gold reliability seal in the federal government system.
How to Submit a Bid
To make a bid, interested parties must access the specific notice identified by the code 0800100/000005/2024. The process includes:
- Access the Electronic Auction System via e-CAC during the proposal period;
- Select the notice and the desired lot;
- Agree to the terms and enter the proposed amount, respecting the minimum value defined for the lot.
Bids can be modified or even excluded during the registration period, providing flexibility to adjust amounts according to each participant’s strategy.
Important Rules
The Federal Revenue warns that once a lot is acquired, the buyer cannot withdraw, being responsible for making the payment. In case of non-compliance, there are penalties provided.
Goods acquired by individuals, for example, cannot be resold, and some restrictions also apply to lots acquired by companies.
Withdrawal Deadline
The auction winners will have up to 30 days to withdraw the acquired items. The Federal Revenue is not responsible for the delivery of the products, so the withdrawal must be organized by the buyer themselves.
