The Metro of SP Is Offering 252 Positions in Its Young Apprentice Program in Partnership with Senai. The Opportunities Are for Young People Aged 14 to 24 Who Are Looking for Their First Job
In partnership with the National Service for Industrial Learning (Senai), the Metro of SP announced this Friday (18) that it is accepting applications for two selection processes with 252 positions for Young Apprentices, exclusively for those seeking an opportunity to enter their first job. Applications can be made starting from the 23rd of this month at 2 PM and will be accepted until the 25th of the same month at 9 PM. The opportunities are aimed at young people aged between 14 and 24 years.

Among the positions offered by the Metro of SP are Maintenance Electrician, with 64 positions equally divided between morning and afternoon shifts. For the Machinist position, 32 positions are offered for the morning shift.
In Maintenance Mechanic, there are 32 opportunities for the afternoon shift. It is worth noting that for each of the first job positions, two vacancies are reserved for candidates with disabilities. The hired candidates for the first job will receive a stipend of R$ 727.20 and will work for 4 hours a day. In the morning, the shifts are from 7:40 AM to 11:40 AM and in the afternoon from 1:20 PM to 5:20 PM.

The requirements for the opportunities at the Metro of SP are: Having completed Elementary Education, and for the Maintenance Mechanic and Machinist courses, candidates must be aged 14 to 24 years, while for the Maintenance Electrician course, candidates must be at least 16 years old up to 24. Other First Job Opportunities Available at the Metro of SP
There are also other open opportunities at the Metro. These are positions in free courses for Mechatronics Technicians, offering 82 vacancies for the morning shift, with 4 positions reserved for candidates with disabilities, and 42 positions for the afternoon shift, of which 2 are reserved for PwD.
The hired candidates will receive the same stipend and will work the same number of hours mentioned earlier. However, the morning shifts are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and in the afternoon from 1:25 PM to 5:25 PM. About the Selection Process for First Job Vacancies
For the two opportunities at the Metro of SP, both selection processes will occur with evaluation based on school performance through analysis of school records or report cards and medical admission evaluations. The final classification score will be generated based on the final grades in Mathematics and Portuguese. In the classification of candidates, in case of a tie, the following tiebreaking order will be followed:
- Highest grade in Mathematics;
- Highest grade in Portuguese;
- Highest grade in Science;
- Highest grade in History;
- Highest grade in Geography;
- Descending order of the last digit of the CPF (sequentially 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0);
- Lowest registration number.
