What Is the Honda Trail 125 2024?

The Honda Trail 125 2024 is the latest addition to the Honda motorcycle family, bringing with it the legacy of the legendary CT125 Hunter Cub, renowned in the Japanese market.

However, upon crossing the borders into the United States, it receives a specific name to meet the demands of the American market.

How Much Does a Honda Trail 125 Cost?

With a starting price of US$ 4,099, approximately R$ 20.5 thousand in direct conversion, the Trail 125 2024 shares its base with the popular Super Cub C125.

Design and Performance

However, it has a more off-road focus, highlighted by its vibrant yellow color, which is a novelty for this season.

The high exhaust, characteristic of scramblers, gives the Trail 125 an additional advantage when dealing with flooded terrains, eliminating concerns about exhaust height.

Moreover, its robustness is evident, proving to be more resistant than the traditional Super Cub, which is more geared towards the urban environment.

Innovations and Technical Specifications

Honda did not hold back on innovations for the Trail 125 2024. Equipped with a 124.9 cc single-cylinder engine and electronic fuel injection, this bike offers reliable and efficient performance.

Compared to the previous model, the engine has been updated, with a bore of 50.0 mm, a stroke of 63.1 mm, and a new compression ratio of 10.0:1.

Its 4-speed semi-automatic transmission, similar to that of the Biz, provides a smooth and easy riding experience, ideal for both beginners and experienced riders.

However, it is important to note that, like many launches in the United States, the official power and torque figures have not yet been disclosed by the manufacturer.

According to information revealed in the Japanese market, the CT125 Hunter features an engine with a power of 9.1 horsepower at 6,250 rpm and torque of 1.1 kgfm at 4,750 rpm.

Honda claims that the bike achieves an impressive average fuel consumption of 63.7 km/l, surpassing the mark of 120 km with just 2 liters.

Equipped with a 4-speed transmission and weighing only 118 kg, the Hunter Cub promises exceptional performance and efficiency.
