According to the report from the organizing committee, after verifying the technical and economic aspects of the proposals that comprise the present process, in accordance with the tables provided, it is suggested to proceed with the hiring, based on the highest score obtained in the criteria listed in the Terms of Reference, of the Instituto AOCP.
The published terms of reference inform that 50 vacancies will be opened for the cadre of combatant officers in the public competition. The salary offered for CBMERJ officers, according to the last notice, is R$ 4.2 thousand. To compete for one of the vacancies in the Firefighters competition that will have a notice released soon, candidates must prove complete high school, in addition to being between 18 and 32 years old.
Public Competition Will Have More Than 25 Thousand Registered
According to the terms of reference released on Wednesday, the 15th, 50 vacancies will be offered for Officers, with an estimate of at least 25 thousand registered candidates. Of this total, 20% will be reserved for black and indigenous candidates, according to Law 6.067 of October 25, 2011, and 10% for economically disadvantaged candidates, according to Law 7.747 of October 16, 2017.
The registration fee for the Firefighters RJ competition will be R$ 96.57, and there will be no exemption from paying the registration fees, regardless of the reason, except in cases provided by law.
The tests for the public competition are expected to be held in the State of Rio de Janeiro and will likely cover the following subjects:
Languages and Codes: Writing in Portuguese (25 questions);
Mathematics (15 questions);
Human Sciences: History, Geography, Philosophy, and Sociology (20 questions);
Writing in Portuguese: Current Affairs (1 question);
Natural Sciences: Chemistry, Physics, and Biology (15 questions).
Who Can Participate in the CBMERJ Competition?
Among the requirements to compete for the position in the Firefighters competition are:
Be Brazilian, and in the case of Portuguese nationality, it is necessary to be supported by the statute of equality between Brazilians and Portuguese;
Be up to date with military obligations according to the Military Service Law;
Be at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment in the training course;
Complete, by the date of enrollment, high school or equivalent in a civil or military educational institution, according to current legislation;
Be in good standing with electoral obligations;
Not have been dismissed for disciplinary reasons from state military institution or the Armed Forces.
