Those approved for this position will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities through the analysis of user behavior patterns and system and functionality efficiency, leading quantitative investigation of problems with the product team, confirming their occurrence, and providing information to assist in prioritization and solution.

OLX – Job Openings for Business Support Consultant

For the home office positions of Business Support Consultant, it is necessary to have a sense of urgency and commitment, organization and ease in managing a client portfolio, excellent verbal and written communication, analytical capability, openness to change, good interpersonal relationships with partner areas, teamwork, among others.

This professional will be responsible for assisting clients who have requested plan reductions or cancellations, with the objective of helping them improve their experience and remain active, interacting with clients through their communication tools, identifying their main needs, guiding them on current conditions and benefits to avoid frequent requests for discounts and renegotiations.
