If you are looking for a new challenge, the Sebrae selection process is the perfect opportunity! Applications are open for 108 immediate positions at the Support Service for Micro and Small Enterprises of the State of Pernambuco (Sebrae PE). The opportunities are for the Local Innovation Agents Program (ALI) 2024, which encourages entrepreneurship and innovation in various areas. And there’s more: the salary can reach R$ 6,5 thousand per month!

The Sebrae selection process also provides for the formation of a reserve list with 331 vacancies, so your chances of finding your ideal position are great. The opportunities are distributed throughout the state of Pernambuco, and applications can be made until August 5. It is important to have a completed higher education degree in areas of interest to Sebrae, not to have an employment relationship, and to have graduated within the last ten years. For university professors and candidates with an academic profile, a postgraduate degree and proven experience in project guidance are required.

ALI Productivity: Degree in administration, engineering, accounting, economics, law, IT, computer science, design, information systems, and related fields. Minimum of six months of experience in management, entrepreneurship, innovation, or small businesses.

ALI Rural: Degree in agronomic engineering, forestry engineering, food engineering, fishing engineering, veterinary medicine, animal science, agribusiness management, technology in agribusiness, technology in food, or related fields in agricultural sciences or food. Minimum of six months of experience in activities carried out on rural properties.

ALI Geographical Indications: Degree in any area of knowledge, with a minimum of six months of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, management, or governance of communities.

ALI Entrepreneurial Education: Degree in pedagogy, teacher training, social communication, management and entrepreneurship, administration, public administration, economics, and marketing. Minimum of six months of experience in education, pedagogical management, education technologies, and educational innovation.

ALI Ecosystems: Degree in any area of knowledge, with a minimum of six months of experience in innovation, innovation projects, innovation environments, innovation ecosystems, business innovation, digital innovation, and community management.

The salaries offered range from R$ 5 thousand to R$ 6,5 thousand per month, with the program scholarship lasting up to 30 months, depending on the chosen modality during registration.

How to Participate in the Sebrae Selection Process?

By August 5, interested parties must register on the website of ABDESM, which is the institution responsible for the selection of Sebrae PE. When registering, remember to choose only one of the available positions. The filling of positions will be based on the curricular and documentary analysis of candidates, online knowledge assessment, and analysis of skills and profile.
