Reserva City Hall Opens Selection Process With Vacancies For Various Positions! Salaries Up To R$ 5 Thousand And Free Registration! Opportunity For Manual Workers, Bricklayers, Nursing Technicians And More. Ensure Your Participation By March 12!

In times of challenges in the job market, opportunities in the public sector gain even more relevance for professionals seeking stability and good working conditions.

The Reserve City Hall announced a new Simplified Selection Process (PSS), offering vacancies for various levels of education.

The announcement published in the Official Gazette this Wednesday (26) includes eight immediate vacancies, in addition to a reserve list.

The positions range from incomplete elementary education to higher education, with salaries ranging from R$ 1.4 thousand to R$ 5 thousand.

Registration is free and will be open from March 6 to March 12, and can be done in person or via email.

Available Positions

Interested candidates may apply for positions such as street cleaner, manual worker, social educator, community health agent, bricklayer, nursing technician, occupational therapist, and speech therapist.

Work hours may vary between 30 and 40 hours per week, depending on the role and the needs of the public administration.

The mayor, Lucas Machado, celebrated the new selection process: “Very happy to announce this hiring process, which will help improve the services offered to the population even further.”

In addition to the job opportunity, selected candidates will be entitled to benefits such as transportation and food allowances, according to current legislation.

Salaries And Workload

Salary amounts vary according to the position and the qualifications required:

  • Street Cleaner And Manual Worker: starting from R$ 1.4 thousand, with a workload of 40 hours per week.
  • Bricklayer And Community Agent: intermediate salaries, ranging from R$ 2 thousand to R$ 3.5 thousand, depending on experience and education.
  • Nursing Technician, Occupational Therapist, And Speech Therapist: up to R$ 5 thousand, with variable workloads between 30 and 40 hours per week.

The final result of the selection is expected to be announced in March, respecting the quota laws for black people and people with disabilities.

The selection will be based on the evaluation of qualifications and professional experience, ensuring greater transparency and efficiency in filling the vacancies.

Requirements For Each Position

The criteria for participation in the selection process vary according to the desired role:

  • Incomplete Elementary Education: required only for street cleaner, with proof of specific skills during task execution.
  • Complete Elementary Education: mandatory for manual workers, bricklayers, and community agents, as well as proven experience for certain roles.
  • Complete High School: necessary for social educators and nursing technicians, the latter also requires professional training and registration with the category council.
  • Complete Higher Education: requirement for occupational therapists and speech therapists, with a diploma recognized by the MEC.

Selection Process And Evaluation Criteria

The selection process will be conducted through evaluation of qualifications and professional experience. Candidates must present supporting documents that attest to their education and experience in the desired area.

The city’s scoring will be assigned based on the criteria established in the announcement, valuing candidates with higher qualifications and prior experience.

Additionally, a practical test will be administered for the positions of street cleaner and bricklayer, to assess the necessary skills for performing the functions.

Candidates with experience in the public sector will receive additional points in the evaluation, increasing their chances of being classified.

Applications are free and can be made in two ways:

  • In Person: At the Department of Education, Culture, and Sports, located at Rua Generoso Marques, No. 662, Centro de Reserva, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1 PM to 5 PM, on weekdays.
  • By Email: Send digitalized documentation to sec.educacaodereserva@gmail.com, with the subject “APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION IN PSS 001/2025”.

Applicants must present RG, CPF, proof of education, and filled forms (attachments three and five of the announcement). The proof of qualifications will also be evaluated.
