Stages of the Selection Process to Fill the Home Office Vacancy at Senai
The SENAI selection process is structured in 5 phases, with the first being registration on the institution’s career site, scheduled for April 8 to 13, with mandatory confirmation via email. Otherwise, the candidate will be disqualified. Following this, there will be the Cultural FIT Test + Curricular Analysis with a scheduled date for April 14 to 15 to evaluate behavioral profile and resume analysis.
Next, there will be a practical assessment + document analysis with the submission of a case study on April 17, with delivery by April 19.
The required technologies are Java EE (JSF, Primefaces, JPA/Hibernate, EJB, CDI) and Wildfly Server. The technical requirements are an Operating System compatible with Java 8+, a minimum of 4 GB of RAM, a Gmail Account (Hangout) and GitHub, and a good internet connection. It is mandatory to submit a document with a photo and proof of education along with the resolution of the case study.
On April 23 and 24, there will be a technical interview lasting 30 minutes, where 15 minutes will be for presentation + 15 minutes for questions. The evaluation will be based on planning and organization, communication and interaction, creativity and innovation, technical knowledge, and the ability to analyze and synthesize. The final result is expected on April 25 at 5 PM.
