Job responsibilities and duties
The professional will be responsible for:
Contact beneficiaries in advance selected, via telephone, for integration into the Health Management Program;
Monitor patients with chronic diseases, oncological conditions, pregnant women and patients with COVID-19;
To offer guidelines about health status, adequate nutrition, procedures, physical activities and correct use of medications;
Monitor the results of consultations and exams, identifying specific needs of beneficiaries.
Requirements and qualifications for the job vacancy as a nursing technician
To apply you must:
Complete technical nursing education with active registration at Coren;
Availability for 8-hour daily shifts, Monday to Friday, from 09am to 18pm;
Knowledge in Office pack;
Previous experience in assisting and guiding patients over the telephone;
Availability to work in person in the Vergueiro region, in São Paulo.
