On this Friday, (10/11), Vivo, one of the largest telecommunications companies in Brazil, has opened applications for home office positions as an attendant. Interested candidates have until October 14, 2024, to apply. The positions are permanent and allow employees to work from home, offering flexibility and comfort.

Responsibilities of the Vivo Attendant

The attendants at Vivo play a fundamental role in the customer experience. The main mission is to assist and offer products and services that meet the needs of consumers.

Responsibilities include offering Vivo’s products and services during each interaction, aiming to increase the customer base, as well as demonstrating to customers the advantages of consolidating all services into a single bill.

Requirements Set by Vivo for Application

To apply for the home office positions as an attendant at Vivo, candidates must meet certain requirements.

Previous experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, and communication skills are necessary to provide distinct service.

Additionally, it is important to be resilient and organized to manage the established goals.

Candidates must have completed high school, have a home office setup with at least 50MB internet, and an adequate working space, and must be available to work a 6h20 schedule, from Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Monday, in shifts between 6 a.m. and midnight.
