Industry Opens Positions with Scholarships of Up to R$ 12 Thousand for Innovation Projects
A total of 194 positions in industrial innovation projects were announced this week by the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL).
The opportunities, which offer scholarships of up to R$ 12 thousand, are spread across major national and multinational companies, including General Motors, Nestlé, Bradesco, Libbs Pharmaceuticals, and the Itaú Institute of Science and Technology.
The positions were opened in nine Brazilian states: Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Santa Catarina, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Pernambuco, Mato Grosso do Sul, and Goiás, and can be performed in person, hybrid, or remote.

The program, called Inova Talentos, seeks graduates, master’s, and doctoral professionals to tackle challenges related to automation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and sustainability.

According to IEL, the projects will have an initial duration of up to 12 months, with a possibility of extension. In this sense, the scholarship recipients will be able to work in cutting-edge areas, contributing not only to industrial competitiveness but also to innovation within companies.
Projects Focused on Technological Innovation
The offered projects cover different areas of research and practical application. Among the themes are data protection, process automation, digitalization of production chains, and development of new products.
Some highlighted opportunities include:
- General Motors do Brasil – Remote work in smart manufacturing, data integration, and digital transformation. Scholarships range from R$ 7 thousand to R$ 12 thousand, for 40 hours over 12 months.
- Nestlé Brasil – In-person activity at the Technology and Innovation Center, with six vacancies for master’s students in digital transformation. The scholarship value is R$ 5.6 thousand.
- Banco Bradesco – Hybrid work in the Bradesco Expresso Negócios project, focused on marketing and management. The scholarships are R$ 4.5 thousand for master’s students.
- Libbs Farmacêutica – Hybrid work in optimizing the availability of medications through stock reparameterization. The offered scholarship is R$ 7 thousand.
- Instituto de Ciência e Tecnologia Itaú – Remote work in process automation, with six vacancies for master’s and doctoral students. The values range from R$ 9 thousand to R$ 11 thousand.
