The main challenges include leading and implementing innovation projects, managing innovation governance, defining metrics and evaluating the effectiveness of innovations, in addition to proposing innovative solutions to complex problems.

To apply, you must have at least 6 months of experience in innovation and digital transformation projects, a higher education degree in IT, as well as certifications in agile methodologies and design thinking, such as Scrum Master and CAPI.

Job Details

The position offers a salary of R$ 12,017.35, with a workload of 200 hours/month, from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 01:30 PM to 05:30 PM.

The position is for Florianópolis, with the possibility of remote work, but requires that the candidate resides in Greater Florianópolis for necessary commuting.

The contract is monthly, with an indefinite duration, and there is 1 position available.

The final result will be announced on 02/19/2025.
