This Friday, (07/19), BRF announced the opening of new job vacancies, aiming to expand its team. The opportunities are intended for various profiles, covering positions from technical roles to logistics and engineering positions. BRF, one of the largest companies in the food sector, continues to invest in its growth, reinforcing its commitment to creating new jobs in its factory and the professional development of its employees.

Warehouse Assistant
Requirements Set by BRF: Complete Primary Education. It is desirable to have Secondary Education and previous experience in logistics warehouses.
Although specific experience in the role is not required, the candidate must demonstrate behavioral competencies such as effective communication, action orientation, collaboration capacity, results-driven approach, planning and alignment, and responsibility.

Responsibilities: Develop activities related to the sales process in the Route channel, visiting customers and placing orders according to established routes, always following current policies and leadership guidance.

Controller Assistant (Grains)
Requirements Set by BRF: Complete Secondary Education. The candidate should have knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to perform the required operational and administrative activities.
Responsibilities: Enter invoices for service provider payments and generate meal control reports.
Additionally, the professional inputs information about Facilities services on the Intranet and guides Fleet drivers on processes such as refueling and title transfer, while performing checklists of Fleet and Charter Vehicles.

Logistics Supervisor I (Operations)
Requirements Set by BRF: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related areas. Postgraduate studies and prior experience in logistics or supply chain, especially in storage, distribution, and logistics projects, are desirable.
Responsibilities: Supervise the execution of daily routines, aligned with the company’s culture, and contribute to the technical and behavioral development of employees. He is responsible for team formation, selecting new members according to the established technical and behavioral requirements.

Requirements Set by BRF: Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for preparing presentations and reports.
It is essential to have solid knowledge of project management and agile methodologies such as design thinking, lean startup, and growth hacking, crucial for monitoring innovation projects from conception to execution.
Responsibilities: Actively participate in the development of new businesses and innovation initiatives, from ideation to execution, through the construction of Business Cases.
Track projects using agile methodologies and best PMO practices, ensuring that planned activities are completed on time and with high quality.

Production Operator II
Requirements Set by BRF: Incomplete Primary Education. Previous internal and external experiences of more than 1 year are desirable. Technical competencies in quality are necessary.
Responsibilities: Act in various production sectors, performing medium-complexity operational activities in the production process.
Must have skills to perform functions efficiently and may assist in multiplying the knowledge of the activities developed by Operator I.
