The Army offers opportunities for those who wish to work without a competitive exam, with vacancies in various areas. Age between 19 and 41 years and elementary education are required.

The selection process takes place in the 6th Military Region, covering the states of Bahia and Sergipe, and is available to candidates up to 40 years of age.

To participate, interested parties must meet some basic requirements, such as a minimum height of 1,60m for men and 1,55m for women.

In addition, you must have completed elementary school and proof of professional training courses in the chosen field of activity.

The required age range varies between 19 and 41 years, ensuring a broad inclusion of candidates.

How does the selection process for Temporary Corporal work?

According to information provided by the 6th Military Region, the selection process for Temporary Corporal has several stages, the first of which is registration, followed by a curricular evaluation.

This selection allows candidates to fill vacancies without the need for a public competition, facilitating access to different careers within the Army.

In addition to the curriculum evaluation, other stages include a health inspection, physical fitness exam and, subsequently, the incorporation of the approved candidate into the Army.

Those selected will work for an initial period of 12 months, with the contract being able to be extended for up to eight years.

Those who wish to compete for a vacancy must have specific training for some of the available roles, such as driver, automotive electrician, bodyworker, automotive painter, among others.

Among the vacancies offered are those for drivers qualified in categories D and E, ambulance drivers, crane operators, automotive mechanic assistants, among others.

The selection process takes place annually and aims to recruit qualified professionals to support the Army's operations in the region. Below are the professions open for application:

  • Driver licensed in category D
  • Driver qualified in category E
  • Ambulance driver
  • crane operator
  • automotive electrician
  • Tinsmith/Lanternsmith
  • Automotive Painter
  • diesel mechanic assistant
  • Automotive mechanic assistant
  • Turner
