With Absurd Power, Aerospace Structure, and Formula 1 DNA, the Bo Turbo Redefines What Is Expected from an Electric Scooter
If you thought electric scooter meant simple urban mobility, Bo just changed everything. The British company revealed the Bo Turbo, a high-performance model that competes with supercars. Literally.
An Uncommon Proposal
The Bo Turbo is not just any scooter. With a top speed of over 100 mph and a power of 24,000 watts, it accelerates like a Tesla.
The company’s proposal was to go beyond urban transportation and focus on high performance.

Nvidia built the infrastructure of artificial intelligence and became the largest company in the world, but Jensen Huang now needs to defend his throne against Huawei, Google’s TPUs, chip startups, and customers who want to escape dependence on more expensive GPUs.
Developed by engineers who have worked with the Williams Formula 1 team and the Bloodhound project, the Bo Turbo was designed to break limits. This even includes those of reason, according to the manufacturer itself.
High-Level Structure
The base of the Bo Turbo is the same chassis as the urban Model-M. But the similarities stop there. The new scooter features a structure made of aerospace aluminum and CNC machined parts, providing a look and robustness far above average.
During tests at the Goodwood Circuit in the UK, the Bo Turbo already reached 85 mph. The goal now is to surpass 100 mph with certification from Guinness World Records.
Technology Inspired by Formula 1
To achieve such speed, the prototype was equipped with cooled air intakes, technology inspired by F1.
The scooter also features advanced traction control and a 1,800 Wh battery. According to Bo, the power-to-weight ratio exceeds that of a Bugatti Veyron.
Still, the company claims that the ride is smooth. Professional rider Tre Whyte, a BMX expert, participated in more than 20 test sessions and highlighted the model’s stability, even at high speeds.
Price for the Few
The Bo Turbo will be sold to the public, but only by order. The starting price is US$ 29,500. The first unit already has a certain destination: it will be delivered to a collector in Madrid during the Formula 1 weekend in 2026.
Bo Turbo: Audacity with Purpose
Oscar Morgan, CEO of Bo, says the goal is to transform electric scooters into objects of desire. “We don’t just want to create urban tools. We want to create passion.”
Even though everyday use is unlikely, the Bo Turbo shows that there is still room for innovation — even on two wheels.
And if in the end all of this inspires improvements in urban models, the audacity may have been worth it.
