Senai Selection Process
The selection process for the position of Basic Professional Education Instructor I (Carpentry) will follow strict selection criteria, ensuring that only the best candidates are chosen to join the SENAI Bento Gonçalves team. Interested candidates will go through stages such as a curriculum analysis, objective test, interview with HR, supporting documentation, practical activity, interview with the manager, medical exams and submission of admission documents.
Among the assessments, the objective test will test knowledge in Portuguese, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning. A practical activity will also be required, in which the candidate must plan and teach a mini-class lasting between 20 and 30 minutes on a topic within the area of industrial carpentry. During this presentation, teaching resources such as multimedia, notebook and whiteboard will be available.

The vacancy is for Basic Professional Education Instructor I (Carpentry), with a workplace at SENAI Bento Gonçalves, Rio Grande do Sul. The professional will work in person, with a workload of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, from 07:45 am to 11:45 am and from 13:30 pm to 17:30 pm.
