There are two possible paths: the first, an internship with an initial salary of R$ 1,500, which can reach R$ 2,600 within 24 months. If the individual is confirmed, they start a new path within the program, as an analyst, where the salary can reach R$ 6,500 within 24 months, after confirmation.

Due to the pandemic, activities are being carried out remotely. However, candidates need to be available to work in the cities of São Carlos (SP), São Paulo, and Blumenau (SC).

From the ninth month of the internship, there is also the possibility of being confirmed in the company. The entire selection, interview, and hiring process will be conducted digitally.
