Shopper Startup Is Expanding in the National Market
With a hiring regime through the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), Shopper promises salaries that are competitive with the job market and room for growth. For example, 25 employees have already become partners in the company.
The startup currently has over a thousand employees and aims to triple that number by the end of the year. In full expansion in the national market, Shopper purchases items directly from manufacturers and receives them at their distribution centers. Thus, they can ensure the availability of all items. Since purchases are scheduled, the startup can buy from manufacturers after customer orders are confirmed and maintain low stock levels.
This way, there are no costs associated with product spoilage, maintenance of large inventories, and extensive storage areas, saving an average of 12% for consumers compared to traditional supermarkets.
