Transpetro Opens 16 Internship Positions in Several Cities in Brazil, Offering Opportunities for Students of Technical and Undergraduate Levels, with Scholarships of Up to R$ 1,825 and Attractive Benefits.

Transpetro, a subsidiary of Petrobras and one of the largest logistics operators in Latin America, has opened 16 internship positions in several Brazilian cities. The opportunities are aimed at students in technical and higher education and do not require a public competition. The work schedule varies from 4 to 6 hours a day, with remuneration that can reach R$ 1,825 per month, in addition to benefits.

The positions are distributed among the states of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Paraná, and Maranhão, covering various fields of knowledge. The company offers a hybrid or on-site work model, depending on the needs of each unit.

Available Opportunities

Among the covered areas are technical and university courses in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Archival Science, Administration, and Occupational Safety, in addition to specific positions for students of Computer Science, Information Systems, and Telecommunications.

The cities with open positions include Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Duque de Caxias (RJ), São Luís (MA), São Sebastião (SP), and Paranaguá (PR). All positions are intended for students who are enrolled in technical high school or higher education, with a graduation forecast within the duration of the internship.

Requirements to Participate

To apply, candidates must be at least 16 years old, and in units considered to be high-risk areas, it is mandatory to be over 18. The student must be regularly enrolled in an institution recognized by the MEC and meet the following criteria:

  • For technical high school, the candidate must be in the last year of the course.
  • For higher education, the candidate must have completed at least 25% of the total workload or one full year in the series system.
  • It is permissible to apply even as a graduating student, provided that the internship is a mandatory requirement for obtaining the diploma.

In addition, the company emphasizes that intermediate knowledge in Office Suite is desirable, as much of the work involves report preparation and administrative support.

Working Hours and Benefits

The internship working hours are limited to 6 hours per day and 30 hours per week, with flexibility depending on the sector. The contract can last up to 2 years, including the recess period. People with disabilities (PWD) may have extensions according to current legislation.

The internship program offers benefits such as personal accident insurance, transportation assistance, and paid recess proportional to the time worked. In some cases, there is an additional for food, depending on the location.
