The Comgás Program in São Paulo, That Will Last 1 and a Half Years, Is Targeted at Women with a Complete Higher Education
Comgás, one of the largest natural gas distributors in the country, launched the career acceleration program Mulheres de Talento 40+, aimed at women aged 40 and above who have completed their higher education and wish to contribute to the transformation of the future of the gas and energy market. The program will last up to 1.5 years, and registered women will compete for job vacancies in São Paulo in the areas of Engineering, Finance, Innovation, Legal, New Business, and People.
The company is seeking women who have decided to take a break from their professional careers to dedicate themselves to motherhood and want to return to the job market, or who wish to change fields and experience new opportunities, or who want to accelerate their development to assume a leadership position in the medium term.
The selected candidates will go through a program that will introduce them to the company’s business, online, in-person trainings, and field visits with the Comgás team, technical and behavioral training, and feedback.

About the Mulheres de Talento 40+ Program
Mulheres de Talento 40+ is a program that seeks women aged 40 and over who are looking for an opportunity to accelerate their careers. The program, lasting up to 1.5 years, will insert women into a dynamic environment that will stimulate humanized high performance.
To participate in the Mulheres de Talento 40+ Program, it is necessary to identify as a cisgender or transgender woman, be at least 40 years old, have a degree in undergraduate, licentiate, or technological courses, have solid experience in the job market, possess good knowledge of the Office suite, and be available to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid model in the location of the job.
