Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor Position:
- Daily guide, supervise and/or perform electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance services in installations, machines, and equipment for clients;
- Verify maintenance service requests issued by the client or circulate through locations to assess needs, evaluate conditions for performing tasks, request necessary materials, indicate and guide professionals for execution, inspect the work completed and release for use, and maintain records of the performed service for superior control and contractual compliance.
- Follow the schedule for periodic maintenance services on machines, equipment, and installations of clients, in accordance with the terms of the established contract.
- Ensure operational safety by observing the proper use of manual tools and equipment (welding machines, drills, electric saws, etc.) as well as their maintenance, keeping them available in suitable locations and requesting maintenance when necessary.
- Train subordinates, participate in personnel movement processes (selection, transfers, promotions, and evaluations), distribute and collect PPE and timecards, deliver benefits vouchers, ensure order and discipline of the team by monitoring proper uniform usage, attendance, suggesting employee transfers, disciplinary actions, and dismissals.
- Periodically control and request replenishment of consumable materials when necessary.
- Lead a team of qualified or semi-qualified professionals (electricians, masons, painters, plumbers, etc.). Perform other tasks related to the position, as determined by the superior.
Position Requirements:
- Hold a certificate in construction Nr 35 and nr 18 Category B License
